These Terms govern your use of the DentLens™ online store and purchases made through it.

Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or activities that interfere with its security or operation.

Products and Descriptions

Review the product description, selected variant, compatibility information, and included accessories before purchasing.

Product images are illustrative. Screen settings and photography may affect the appearance of colors. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Recording results depend on factors including lighting, placement, movement, and the selected recording settings.

Orders and Payments

Prices, currencies, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Optional paid extras apply only when selected as part of your purchase.

Delivery and Returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery arrangements and how to request assistance with an order.

Any additional protection plan applies only when expressly included in your purchase and is subject to its stated coverage. It does not replace statutory consumer rights.

Responsible Camera Use

You are responsible for using the camera lawfully and obtaining any permissions required to record or share images, video, or audio.

When recording in a dental or healthcare setting, follow applicable patient consent, confidentiality, workplace, and infection-control requirements.

DentLens™ cameras are offered for recording purposes. They are not a substitute for professional judgment or diagnostic equipment.

Intellectual Property

Website content belonging to DentLens™ or its licensors may not be copied, republished, or commercially distributed without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing order.
