Shipping Availability
Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout. If your address is not supported, contact dentlenstm@outlook.com before placing an order.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Any processing and delivery estimates displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation apply to your purchase.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you about the available options. Your statutory delivery and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed before payment. Free shipping applies when expressly included in the offer or shown at checkout.
Priority processing, when purchased, prioritizes order preparation. It does not change the carrier’s transit speed unless an expedited shipping service is also included.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
For address changes, email dentlenstm@outlook.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it, contact us to discuss redelivery and any applicable costs. This does not affect statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact dentlenstm@outlook.com with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. Any optional shipping protection is additional to your statutory rights.
